Leadership for all

Leadership is about the culture of an organisation. The leadership skills of all our staff contribute to the culture of the trust, or 'the way we do things round here'.

We have developed a leadership model which will:

  • help staff identify what their current leadership skills are
  • highlight areas where they may need some additional support
  • identify development and experience opportunities for staff interested in increasing their leadership skills

Leadership resources are available for all trust staff on StaffZone. External resources are available below.
